ATTENTION IMPORTANT NOTE:
If guests are paying with a credit card, there is a security deposit collected. There is a hold of £100 per week booked until you leave on your credit card. In the event there is any damage calla lily villa rental will notify you that they will be charging the security deposit. If the guests are paying with cash, there will be a £100 per week security deposit due at the time of the balance.

Gas BBQ is by request only, with a one-time charge notified at point of booking
Reservation deposit amount: 20% of rent
Number of Days Balance Due Before Arrival Date: 60 days
Minimum Stay: 3 Nights Unless Otherwise Posted
Security Deposit Amount: £100 per week if paying by cash, check, or money order

Cancellation Policy: The reservation deposit is non-refundable. Any monies paid over the reservation deposit will be refunded if cancellation is in writing and sent to us within 30 days of the booking date.
Reservations cannot be held until the 20% reservation deposit is paid and the booking forms are completed and returned.

In the event of an emergency with the selected home, Calla lily villa rental has the right to relocate the reservation to equal or higher standards. This will be at no additional cost to the renter.
