A 20% deposit is required, unless the time of booking is less than 8 weeks (56 days) then we require 100% of the cost to be paid in full. All Prices are Inclusive of Florida Taxes.

Bookings made for less than 4 nights will be subject to a $100 / £75 cleaning charge.
